Talent Acquisition Specialist

LAdmins is a thriving staffing company dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our operations. As we expand our team, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in recruitment to play a key role in our HR department.

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support our recruitment efforts, helping to attract and acquire top talent to contribute to the company's growth. Our team works closely with hiring managers to develop strategies that attract quality candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help coordinate recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Use various methods to source and attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand. Support initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work.
  • Data Management: Help maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
