Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and identify strong candidates
  • Conduct video interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential
  • Document candidate assessments and provide recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven interviewing skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and assess both fit and potential
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and confidently
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
