  • Qualify candidates with depth and insight, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment
  • Promote compelling stories that bring each role and employer brand to life, sparking genuine candidate interest
  • Effectively handle objections with confidence, ensuring candidates remain engaged and informed throughout the process
  • Deliver high-impact shortlists that are tight, relevant, and ready to impress embedded teams
Driving Delivery Success:
  • Maintain impeccable data quality in our ATS and trackers
  • Stay on top of your pipeline, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed service level agreement expectations
  • Champion world-class experiences, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder feels supported and informed
  • Share real-time market and talent trends to drive informed hiring decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recruitment expertise: Proven experience in recruitment, whether agency, in-house, or RPO, and ability to deliver in fast-paced target-driven environments
  • Exceptional communication skills: Articulate in written and verbal comms, with flexibility to adapt tone and style to suit different candidate profiles
