About the Role
  • This full-time position involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top candidates for various roles, including installation technicians, sales, logistics, and more.
  • You will be responsible for writing high-converting job descriptions tailored to each platform for both U.S. and international hiring.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize structured rubrics to identify quality candidates and ensure cultural fit.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess candidate potential.
  • Follow-up Interviews: Schedule follow-up interviews with our team and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Opportunities for Growth: This role offers opportunities to develop strategic projects, such as sourcing strategy, employer branding, recruiting systems & analytics, and market intelligence.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience recruiting for U.S. clients, especially hiring across both U.S. and international talent pools.
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in finding candidates beyond traditional job boards.
  • Able to follow structured evaluations to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions.
  • Tech-savvy and highly organized, comfortable using ATS systems and other recruiting tools.
