Job Description

The role of a Talent Acquisition Partner is to work closely with business units and functions to provide expert HR advice and support in building organizational capability. This includes developing and implementing talent strategies, driving HR processes, and conducting employee engagement initiatives.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing HR partnership for Senior Manager & Associate Director (SM & AD level) associates, including strategic and tactical initiatives, day-to-day HR support, and execution of strategies for assigned business units.
  2. Maintaining effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance and counsel on HR and business-related issues.
  3. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
