Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's aggressive hiring needs.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. They will also have a proven track record of sourcing quality candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to align on role specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screen and qualify resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer approved tests to evaluate candidates' abilities and qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' competencies, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Making job offers and negotiating employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Complete all hiring documentation and maintain accurate records for each hire.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires, including all paperwork, orientation, and compliance.
  • Track and report on onboarding progress, ensuring timely completion of all steps.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail in managing candidate documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations in the recruitment and hiring process.
