We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various positions across the organization.

  • Perform in-house search using applicant tracking systems to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Communicate with candidates to confirm interviews and provide them with information about the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through online recruiting resources and job boards.
  • Administer job postings on external job boards and intranet sites.
