We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.


About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and ensure efficient candidate management.
  • Determine candidate availability and schedule interviews with assessors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct initial screenings, focusing on assessing candidate skills and experience.
  • Source and identify potential candidates for each position, leveraging online resources and industry networks.
  • Coordinate job postings across multiple platforms, including internal websites, job boards, and external career sites.
  • Analyze and interpret recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize hiring strategies.
