Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
The role of a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist involves overseeing the entire recruitment process across multiple regions, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates for both local and international roles. This position collaborates closely with global and regional hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements, source top talent through diverse channels, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the company's values and global employer brand.
This position is based in Makati on a hybrid work arrangement, requiring both onsite presence at the office and remote work as scheduled by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent across different markets using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain an active global talent pipeline for critical, niche, and high-volume roles.
- Leverage employer branding initiatives to increase visibility and attract international talent.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and overseas roles: job posting, screening, interviewing, assessments, and job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers globally to align on role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and present shortlisted candidates to hiring teams.
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards and country-specific labor practices.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- Provide a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
- Represent the organization at global job fairs, virtual career expos, campus partnerships, and other international recruitment events.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice worldwide.
Process Excellence & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring recruitment processes remain competitive in a global market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to international hiring (BPO, EOR, or shared services experience preferred).
- International hiring experience should include recruiting across different time zones, understanding visa/work permit processes, or managing cross-border relocations.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and global platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with cultural awareness to engage candidates across different geographies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and global recruitment environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for recruitment analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required for international stakeholder engagement.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
