Job Title: Strategic HR Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee our entire Human Resources (HR) operation. This includes managing the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also be able to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Managing employee relationships, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices
