Job Title: Strategic HR Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design and implement HR plans that drive business success and foster a positive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions.
  • Performance Management and Employee Development: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching. Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge, supporting organizational growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a Security Agency or Manpower Agency.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in HR software and systems.
