Job Title

An HR Operations Specialist role for a global organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data worldwide.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee, position, and contingent staff data globally.

You will ensure data quality, enable HR systems and processes to run smoothly, and safeguard sensitive information — all while delivering excellent service to employees and managers.

About the Role

  • Process HR data accurately within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining confidentiality & data privacy.
  • Provide high-quality customer support for complex HR inquiries from global stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and help implement policy changes.
  • Manage documents via SharePoint and keep Knowledge Base content updated.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your HR specialty area.

Requirements

  • Experience in data entry/management or a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and document management systems like SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to work within EMEA or US business hours.
