We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team at Three Peaks International Pty Ltd. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and collating signed forms from loan applicants, sourcing and reviewing client financials and verification documents, and generating and preparing compliance and application paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and collate signed forms from loan applicants for verification and loan processing
  • Source and review client financials and verification documents
  • Generate and prepare compliance and application paperwork
  • Instruct different types of valuation reports and save down reports correctly
  • Follow up valuation reports and respond to requests for additional information
  • Enter borrower information and execute instructions given by the borrower into application forms
  • Request credit check consent via DocuSign and order credit reports through various lender systems
  • Complete pricing requests and negotiate interest rates where required
  • Prepare loan switches and variations accurately as instructed by the broker and client
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years experience in mortgage process support or loans processing for Australia
  • High competency in using cloud-based tools and systems, with working knowledge in using Salestrekker and Vownet
  • Bachelor's Degree related to business or finance, with qualifications in accounting and finance highly favored
  • Basic understanding of mortgage finance and direct experience in dealing with primary loan/mortgage applicants
  • Coachable, trainable, and service-oriented
  • Excellent numeracy skills
