About the Role:

  • This role involves working from home, which provides the flexibility and work-life balance you need.
  • You will be responsible for transcription, preparing paperwork, scheduling consultation with clients, preparing and emailing weekly reports, updating virtual files, building ongoing task lists, and overseeing administrative tasks.
  • The ideal candidate must have a good command of the English language, be 18 years of age or above, and possess a headset with noise-canceling features and a high-definition webcam.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of transcription principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
