Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an estimated annual compensation of $25,000 - $30,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes:

  • All Legislated Benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, 13th Month pay, etc.
  • 22 Company Benefits such as 20 leave credits per year, health insurance (HMO Intellicare), paid training, educational assistance program, life insurance, meal allowance, clothing allowance, business travel allowance, loans, salary increase, staff fellowship, etc.*

*All probationary staff are only entitled to avail the travel allowances, training, staff house, meal allowances & staff fellowship. Meanwhile, all regularized staff are entitled to all the company benefits.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure and Security Administrator to join our Infrastructure Information Communications Technology Department at Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City (Central office).

The IT Infrastructure and Security Administrator is responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves managing Linux servers, ensuring network stability, and implementing robust security protocols. The administrator will also administer virtualized environments, manage software packages, and troubleshoot hardware and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Linux servers and ensure their efficient operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience administering Linux servers in a professional setting.
  • Deep expertise in Linux, networking, and security.
  • Ability to automate routine tasks through scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
