Healthcare Account Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare account management department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients.
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate EMR systems effectively.
  • Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of EMR software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
