About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at StaffSmart Outsourcing in Makati. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services and account details
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, while adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to customers
  6. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
