Customer Service Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, addressing their concerns efficiently.
    • Upsell Opportunities: Identify chances to sell additional products or services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
    • Sustain Long-Term Relationships: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized support and engaging them proactively.
  • Requirements:
    • Education and Experience: A high school diploma is required; at least two years of customer service experience is preferred.
    • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Previous experience in customer support; strong phone and verbal communication skills; basic computer and typing skills; attention to detail and quality; customer focus and adaptability to different personality types; time management skills.

This contract position will last 3-4 months. A project bonus will be given if all conditions are met.
