We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues, as well as experience working with social media management software. Additionally, they should possess excellent problem-solving skills, empathy, and clear communication abilities.
Responsibilities:- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues
- Experience with social media management software (e.g. Hootsuite, Agorapulse)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, empathy, and clear communication abilities
