About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

You will respond to incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
  • College Graduate - No Experience required
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
