A Sourcing Specialist is responsible for conducting research and gathering information to identify potential candidates. This involves utilizing cost-effective strategies, developing a network of industry professionals, and creating systems to track candidate progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates
- Building relationships with managers and other departments to identify future talent needs
- Utilizing various channels, social networking sites, and online portals to connect with potential candidates
- Measuring and reporting sourcing metrics in real-time
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates. They should be familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:- 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video interviewing and phone screening
- Ability to work project-based and adapt to changing priorities
- Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-5000 or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
- Computer Operating System: Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
- Headset: USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Camera: Capable of clear video output
