Remote Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including identifying and engaging potential candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and assessing their fit for roles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage independent recruitment processes
- Demonstrate job market expertise, and determine local salary ranges
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels
- Perform initial screening interviews and assess candidates' fit for roles
- Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions
- Report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies
- A strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Higher education
- High attention to detail
- Agility, proactivity, and creativity
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Great time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task
