Full Recruitment Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Recruitment Process Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for interns and entry-level roles, promoting the employer brand on campuses through events, career fairs, and student engagement programs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hiring process for interns and entry-level roles - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of students and graduates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, info sessions, student events, and other on-campus/virtual activities.
