Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to identify and attract top technical candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidate fit for our organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview questions that align with our business needs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of technical talent acquisition principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with SQL.
  • Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations, and other sources of great candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain strong communication with team members.
