The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving our clients' hiring success.

As a strategic recruiter, you will be responsible for providing onboarding and ongoing support to hiring teams, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance
  • Lead optimization of our ATS Greenhouse, improving workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations and analytics
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions and interview plans
Required Skills:
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines and metrics
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools
  • Project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies
