Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position involves working closely with international clients in various markets, including New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles across multiple industries.
  • Sources, screens, and qualifies candidates for IT, Sales, Recruitment, Construction, Engineering, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO or recruitment firms.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various levels and industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles.
  • Experience recruiting in industries such as IT, Sales, Rec2Rec, Construction, Engineering, and Healthcare.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
