Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our team of recruiters and sourcing specialists. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while upholding our high standards for quality and efficiency.

This role requires a leader who is not just a coach but a living example of reliability and accountability. You will be instrumental in fostering a motivating environment, inspiring continuous improvement, and ensuring our recruitment processes deliver quality hires and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
  • Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence, setting the standard for the team.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Available during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time): Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST.

  • A full-time, permanent, 100% remote position with pay raises and the benefit of working from home.
  • A competitive salary range of Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month, with annual bonuses and commission pay.
