Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, markets, and new business opportunities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and networking.
- Preparing and presenting compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients or partners.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve growth goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Canon and Epson products (printers, copiers, and related equipment), which is a strong advantage.
