At OfficePartners360 (OP360), we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies through chat and call.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and securely.

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in BPO or customer service field is a plus.
  • Will to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling marketplaces or seller central accounts.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
