Customer Service Advocate for Client Engagement

About Us:
At OfficePartners360 (OP360), we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies through chat and call.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and securely.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service field is a plus.
- Will to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience handling marketplaces or seller central accounts.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
