ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide timely assistance.
- Answer questions and inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize strong communication skills to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Requirements
- High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum).
- Ability to work on-site at our Cebu location.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- BPO experience is not required but an advantage.
