Job Scope:Payroll and Compensation Processing
  • We monitor timekeeping and process payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • We simulate payroll and ensure that all necessary documents are submitted on time.
Billing Administration
  • We review billing summaries, Sales Invoices, and ServiceDesk tickets to ensure timely facilitation and resolution.
  • We process billing in our Non-PO Billing PowerApp Tool and review MSP deductibles for accurate Bill Credit processing.
Records Management
  • We issue Finger Print Identification numbers and encode new employee details under Agency Profile Module.
  • We initiate HRAN for salary adjustments and ensure accurate records management.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits Processing and Administration.
