Chong Hua Hospital is hiring an experienced and dynamic Compensation and Benefits Manager who is responsible for managing, leading, and evaluating the Compensation and Benefits services offered by the department to support the organization's business direction, goals, and objectives.

Additionally, s/he will ensure that the department's programs and initiatives are aligned with the established cost controls. S/He will implement strategies, procedures, and policies needed to guide the different department/section/unit leaders manage their respective team members in alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals and objectives and in compliance with labor standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Psychology, or four plus years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of Human Resource practice in compensation & benefits, inclusive of at least two (2) years in a managerial or equivalent role.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organization skills.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with structuring compensation & benefits packages, benchmarking.
  • Forecasting experience (any industry).
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.
  • Experience in change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Possesses leadership qualities to aid in building, maintaining, and elevating relationships with CHH internal and external stakeholders and drive the achievement of business strategies and results. Qualities that would include, but are not limited to:
