- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, HR professionals, and other stakeholders.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with structuring compensation & benefits packages, benchmarking.
- Forecasting experience (any industry).
- Experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.
- Experience in change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
