Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the analysis and design of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, benefit plans, and total rewards packages.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, HR professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with structuring compensation & benefits packages, benchmarking.
  • Forecasting experience (any industry).
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.
  • Experience in change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
