About the Role

As a Compensation and Benefits Strategist at Firstsource, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and administering salary structures, bonuses, allowances, and insurance plans to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness to top talent.
  • Analyzing market trends and benchmarking against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to design and implement new compensation and benefits policies and initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on all compensation and benefits-related queries.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in the business process management or IT services industry.
  • Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools.
