Virtual Migration Assistant

Three Peaks International Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Migration Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Migration Assistant, you will provide clerical support by filling out forms, updating client files, and sending basic correspondence to clients. You will also assist in basic Visa and migration work, provide administrative support to existing Senior Legal Assistant/Migration staff and Director, and ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support by filling out forms and updating client files.
- Assist in basic Visa and migration work.
- Provide administrative support to existing Senior Legal Assistant/Migration staff and Director.
- Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System.
- Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Drafting legal documents and case work, and administration.
- Contacting clients and business partners.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Migration/Legal Assistant.
- Must have experience working for an Australian law firm or Visa Migration Agency.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Technical Requirements:
- Personal and working laptop/Desktop.
- Back up internet connection (at least 30-50 mbps).
- Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings).
