We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee day-to-day sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic sales plans, managing high-performance teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Contact potential customers via phone or email to generate leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct regular sales training and performance evaluations.
  • Report on sales activity and provide forecasts to senior management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be able to:

  • Cold call potential customers to generate leads and build relationships.
  • CLOSE SALES DEALS and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to both potential and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and successfully closing sales deals.
  • Strong experience in conducting impactful sales presentations.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
