Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of this role include quality evaluation and enhancement of customer interactions to drive program performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and evaluating inbound/outbound calls and other contact methods for quality.
  • Providing actionable insights to Business stakeholders through thorough evaluation results.
  • Collaborating with Quality Leadership and clients in calibration sessions.
  • Conducting regular internal quality audits to improve contact quality.
  • Maintaining a robust knowledge base of the program.
  • Participating in quality task forces with Business stakeholders.
  • Meeting departmental productivity requirements and key performance targets.
  • Staying current on programs by completing required phone time.
  • Contributing to maintaining accurate forms and legends documents.
About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
