Real-Time Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Real-Time Operations Expert to join our Workforce Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in monitoring and managing real-time operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service goals are met by closely monitoring, coordinating, and adjusting staffing levels
  • Track and report employee attendance, schedule adherence, and offline activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance program efficiencies, adherence, and productivity
  • Communicate with clients regarding real-time performance and status
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to decide on real-time action plans
  • Implement workforce management policies and procedures
  • Update and record operation's production data
  • Prepare daily and adhoc reports
  • Represent Workforce Management at WFM-related client conferences

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Real-Time Analyst in a BPO setting
  • Proficiency in Workforce Management fundamentals, including dashboard development, visualization, and reporting
  • Excellent technical skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
  • Intermediate to advanced Access and Excel dashboarding experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including data collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, time/project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site on a flexible schedule.
