Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will champion bancassurance activity and performance initiatives to enhance financial advisor productivity, drive adoption of key systems, and improve lead conversion rates. This will be achieved through the development and execution of targeted programs in close collaboration with sales leaders.

Additionally, the role involves program design and execution, including initiating, co-developing, and implementing targeted sales activity and performance management programs in partnership with sales leaders and select financial advisors.

The ideal candidate will also analyze CRM data, effective ratios, bancassurance sales activity, branch partner referrals, and lead progression to translate insights into actionable strategies that influence program design and support sustainable growth in bancassurance production.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will create and manage communication materials to promote existing programs, develop and organize communication platforms to ensure consistent alignment across teams on program updates and initiatives, and plan and manage program budgets.

Ultimately, the goal is to track and measure program performance using KPIs such as leads per FA, case count, and FA activity ratios.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or marketing.
  • At least three years' work experience in bancassurance, sales enablement, financial services, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in performance management, program development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales reporting tools and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
