**Security Posture Management Specialist**

Job Mandate:

As a Security Posture Management Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the bank's security capabilities by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in its applications and infrastructure.

You will work closely with IT engineers to resolve detected system vulnerabilities and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Additionally, you will conduct regular vulnerability assessments, analyze and contextualize security findings, and track remediation of security findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement relevant security products and solutions to enhance security posture
  • Coordinate periodic maintenance of security systems
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and analyze security findings
  • Track and report security findings using service management/reporting tools
Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an individual with at least 5 years of relevant IT experience and a strong background in IT security. A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic and Communication Engineering, or similar is required.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess good analytical and technical skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

Professional certification in CISP and/or CISM is a plus but not required.
