Senior Performance Enhancement Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Performance Management Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing the performance of distributors, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring timely release of NTEs and completion of admin hearings.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and assess the production of probationary and regular BA distributors, and release corresponding performance letters.
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend and secure decisions for distributors on probationary status or Performance Recovery Plan (PRP).
- Work closely with HR-ER on the release of NTEs, completion of admin hearings, and NODs.
- Prepare and submit reports related to Performance Management.
- Administer the eMPR system, handle related issues, enhancement requests, and the release of eMPR reports.
- Handle assigned exception cases and provide strong case justification to support recommendations.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Knowledgeable in database management and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills.
