Job Title: Program Strategist

Job Description:

  • The Program Strategist will be primarily responsible for developing and executing strategic programs to enhance customer engagement in niche markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize market insights and customer feedback to tailor program strategies and initiatives to meet the unique needs of niche market segments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
  • Expertise in project and program management methodologies, including agile methodologies.
  • Has a track record of driving innovation and implementing creative solutions to address market challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities within niche markets.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or related industries, with focus on program management, marketing, or product development.
