To help us continue to blow away our customers' expectations of a forex provider, we're in search of a Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Manage a blended account, offering support to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure smooth operations.
  • Take initiative to improve client experience by proactively addressing potential concerns and opportunities.
  • Work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring client expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a blended account environment (emails/chats or emails/calls).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer support skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to execute instructions easily and promptly while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be based in Metro Manila and able to work in the local office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home) until further notice.
