Contact Center Representative

Role Overview:

Maintain excellent customer relationships through empathetic and responsive communication.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proficient typing speed (20+ words per minute).
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong attendance record.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with high empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus.
