Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to company products or services and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist customers in understanding how to use company products and services, providing guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong accuracy, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
