Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone and will be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately documentcustomer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work within defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
