Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Professional to manage invoice processing, bookkeeping and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices from vendors and ensure accurate distribution for approval.
- Monitor the status of distributed invoices and coordinate with concerned persons for proper action.
- Ensure accuracy of invoice details before transferring to the Accounting System.
- Process weekly and advance payments to vendors.
- Respond to vendor statements of account and related inquiries within the set turnaround time.
- Accurately record transactions transferred from Eye-Share to the Accounting System.
- Prepare accurate OPEX financial reports and other reports required by clients.
To succeed in this role, you should be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance-related course, have excellent analytical skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to analyze financial data, recognize errors and implement corrections.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well organized and self-starter.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
