Remote Talent Acquisition Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our talent acquisition marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent in the North American market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a talent attraction plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage a remote team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, social media, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners, ensuring they meet our needs and deliver high-quality services.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
