Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced recruiting environments, with a passion for finding the right people to care for others.

This role is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles, conducting phone screens and interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles
  • Conducting phone screens and interviews
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in fast-paced recruiting environments
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Confidence on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
